1. The teams on the list chose to forward their report to Ha; Shoegazer received an accounting module from FBI, and CIA walked Jason through maps and area studies. He did not receive approval for strategy and tactics without permission from FBI, plus he needed Ha's approval.
       There was a component on the map where Jason was not aware of Japanese nationalist insurgency in Okinawa. His Navy scenario would have been so expensive, for a well-equiped military to subdue and capture 1,000 men, that the hot firefight would have cost the House of Chysanthamum four years of delay in instituting sufficient loyalty to the House's foreign allies, 8ncluding U.S. Navy. Navy could sail away from Japan without costing X tonnes of sushi and live less expensively for 6 months in Korea. When Navy would return, Okinawan insurgency would be forced to diplomatically acknowledge that they want to assist Japan by surrending to the Navy commander in charge of paroling civilians. If they gave their fielty to Navy, Navy would hand it over to Congress to justify keeping U.S. Marines there. If they gave their fielty to House of Chysanthamum, Navy would hand over the matter to Congress to keep House of Chrysanthamum from being implicated in hostile telations with Okinawa.
       Jason said a nationalist could be anti-royal. He was attracted to bandits fighting as an insurgency, which was the same as a counterinsurgency to him.
