A security clearance you already have is acceptable. The top task is attainment of all the necessary skills of a military attaché in diplomacy.

The equal Rgo position of starRgo3 is military command. Division by three is easier, since Rgo has to do the employing and get along with federal agencies. Command includes the safety of Rgo team members, co-management of DC Regiment and Green Zone operations, as military advisor in select matters. To serve as military attaché to a federal agency, or the State department, or Executive branch transnational matters, any military-related responsibility on Team Rgo, is the apprenticeship.
